As you may already know, the Louisiana Supreme Court’s Committee on Bar Admissions has developed several recommendations for changes to the Louisiana Bar examination and is seeking comments from LSBA members. Under consideration are changes in the way the examination is scored (target date for implementation, February 2011) and changes to the format and content (target date for implementation, February 2013). The LSBA has formed a committee to review the proposed changes, and has asked the AWA to solicit comments from our members.  The AWA Board is aiming to meet with a committee member on May 11, 2010.
