CLE Professionalism: “Impact of Successful Mentoring.” Panel discussion regarding the importance and challenges of mentoring for female attorneys in large firms, small firms and solo practices. We will discuss whether mentoring can impact confidence, success in our career, and ultimately whether a female attorney stays in the career long term. Speakers: Kelly Juneau & Camala Capodice (Irwin Fritchie Urquhart & Moore LLC), Emily Jeffcott (The Lambert Firm) and Virginia Sirera (Law Office of Virginia Erwin Sirera, LLC)
