11:00 – 12:00 pm – 1 hr. CLE Professionalism: “Impact of Successful Mentoring. Panel discussion regarding the importance and challenges of mentoring for female attorneys in large firms, small firms and solo practices. We will discuss whether mentoring can impact confidence, success in our career, and ultimately whether a female attorney stays in the career long term. Speakers: Kelly Juneau & Camala Capodice (Irwin Fritchie Urquhart & Moore LLC), Emily Jeffcott (The Lambert Firm) and Virginia Sirera (Law Office of Virginia Erwin Sirera, LLC)

12:00 – 12:30 pm – Optional lunch
12:30- 1:30 pm – 1 hr. CLE EthicsSuccessful Mentoring: Ethical Obligations. – Panel discussion with supervising attorneys and firm partners regarding their past experiences with mentoring and discussion of ethical responsibilities under Rule 5.1 for supervisory attorneys. Speakers: Carole Neff (Sessions, Fishman, Nathan & Israel, L.L.C.), Susan Clade (Simon, Peragine, Smith & Redfearn, LLP), and Judy Burnthorn (Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles)

* If you are ordering lunch, please note that the AWA will place lunch orders by this RSVP date, and is required to pay for all orders. Thus, if you do not attend the CLE program, or cancel after the RSVP deadline, you are still required to pay for your lunch.
