The AWA November luncheon will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2015, noon, at Purloo Restaurant.
Join us for a fun and exciting wine class luncheon, featuring our guest speaker, Marty Boudreaux (RNDC Wine Associate, Chateau Boswell Cellar Master/Winemaker Assistant, Pahlmeyer Cellar Supervisor, and Cakebread Cellars Intern).
First Course: Green leaf lettuce, pickled Vidalias, hushpuppies, green goddess dressing, cotija cheese
Second Course: Choice of Pan seared drum, cardamom stone ground grits, baby bok choy, fried pickles or
Curried Pickett Farms goat w/ lemongrass & local sweet potatoes, bean sprouts, toasted Bánh mì bread
Dessert: Chocolate Marquise w/ pecans, candied orange peel, sea salt, whipped cream
